Chakra is defined as the 7 energy centre on our body. The secret to physical and spiritual well being can be found in 7 points along your spine. Different yoga posture may activate different energy centre.
The 7 Energy Centre are listed below
1. Root Chakra
This is located at the base of the spine, where it will regulates your kidneys and adrenal glands.
2. Hara Chakra
This is located just below your umbilical cord, where it will regulates your sexual and reproductive organs
3. Gut Chakra
This is located just above umbilical cord, where it will regulates your spleen, pancreas, stomach and liver.
4. Heart Chakra
This is located between breastbone, where it will regulates circulatory system and thymus gland.
5. Mind Chakra
This is located between collarbone, where it will regulates thyroid gland and respitory system.
6. Intuitive Chakra
This is located between eyebrows, where it will regulates parathyroid gland, the master of all glands.
